Homecoming Study in Africa Program: Qualified students from any American school (especially African-American students) will have the opportunity to study abroad for a semester or two prior to graduation and live among Africa people. This program gives students the chance to see Africa, while some will revisit their roots, others will have the opportunity to see and appreciate the continent.

The students will interact with the local people and also visit historical sites. Students will learn the various African cultures and observe traditional events such as the African traditional wedding ceremony, the customary courts process within a King’s palace, meet local and western Fortune 500 business leaders, and lawmakers.

It will be a positive life changing experience and a chance to make life-long friends while attending school. It also provides an opportunity to learn different languages and gives students a competitive edge when applying for a job after graduation. Several multinational corporations will not consider an individual for middle

management position unless they have a demonstrated international background or experience. An employer will take a chance on an applicant whose record shows adaptability, flexibility and respect all of which students
will earn through the program.

While in a selected African Country of choice, students will take equivalent level courses required by their school in the United States.

Completed course grades are transferable. A.F.I is currently working on establishing relationship with a number of African Universities and also soliciting cooperation with number
of local schools.
